Holiday Exchanges & Returns
Orders placed after November 18, 2024 will be eligible for exchange or store credit until January 15, 2025. Orders will only be eligible for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of your order.
If returning an order that includes a gift with purchase, be sure to include this item with your return or your refund will be adjusted to reflect the retail price of the free item(s).

Holiday Repairs
As we enter the busy holiday season, we’re implementing our annual pause on sending repairs to Bali. Each year, this helps ensure that our team is able to focus fully on holiday orders, meeting increased demand, and maintaining our commitment to timely service.
Starting on November 13, 2024, we will pause our repair service. Repair service will resume in the new year, on January 6, 2025.

These dates were set by UPS. Unforeseen issues on their end are out of our hands, so please try to order as early as possible this year!
